A leading company in their sector, which puts forward an innovative, modern and sustainable approach, is looking to recruit a Reprographics operator to join its facilities team due to a period of sustained growth.
The purpose of the role is to provide high quality customer service and reprographic services to wider Business, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities:

Ensure a safe and tidy site ad highlight any H+S issue in the print room environment
Operate and maintain the commercial HP indigo press 
Demonstrate excellent customer service skills 
Ensure confidentiality when printing commercially sensitive documents
Troubleshoot and help maintain the enfocus software to agreed level, noted in the process document for enfocus
Operate and maintain the Flatbed printer
Have a good understanding of the company colour management policy
Operate all finishing equipment 
Advise all technical staff on limitations of each technology and propose alternative ways of competing their requirements
Make bespoke folder and cases using paper over board techniques
Call out engineers for services to machines
Take responsibility for tasks, set by Reprographics Manager
Demonstrate problem solving
Encourage and contribute to continuous improvement by learning from and sharing skills and knowledge with colleagues 


Requirements:


Bookbinding – experience with hardback
Finishing and foiling experience
ZUND Cutting Machine experience is advantageous 
Demonstrate good communication skills with other support service personnel
Periodically, when the need arises, work late and occasionally at weekends
Have a flexible approach to working in other areas of the support structure as and when required
Training program for the HP Indigo is based in Barcelona – willingness to travel for training when required 


Shifts: 10-7, 11-8, 12-9
