Summary:
Controlling and maintaining the highest quality of files from the creation of base art work to release to printer, while ensuring customer satisfaction in both product and on-time completion. Excellent proofreading skills are an essential part of this role. A thorough understanding and awareness of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) would be a distinct advantage.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Check and verify all files produced within the studio via manual proof read and various automated/semi automated checking tools.
2. Must strictly follow written procedures and processes.
3. Ensure print specific instructions are followed.
4. Maintain brand consistency.
5. Manage on-time delivery of files.
6. Contribute to the continual improvement of the Pharma studio
7. Log non-conformance against errors and assist in the continual improvement of file creation via root cause analysis and process review.
8. Collation and dispatch of all materials required for printer.
9. Reading and understanding briefs.
10. Continual training in studio processes and workflows.
11. Keep department clean and tidy.
In addition the Quality Operator will also be expected to:
• Be pro-active
• Be highly client focused
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have the ability/willingness to travel to clients on occasions
The Quality Operator will work closely with fellow team members and the Studio Account Coordinator to ensure that client expectations are exceeded and the highest possible quality standards are adhered to.
