A substantial printing company seeks a multiskilled and hands on Production Supervisor to oversee their expanding print production team.

We are looking for an experienced, talented & ambitious individual to implement & lead the Production environment. You will be an effective & experienced Production Supervisor and currently working in the print and/or mailing arena. Direct Mail experience would be a bonus.

The role of production supervisor requires a methodically minded, professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives on the responsibility associated with being a leader. You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational manufacturing effectiveness. We are looking for someone who can help implement an effective manufacturing process regime.

You will manage the day to day running of the production department and its associated maintenance, enforcing an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines & practical manufacturing policies. You must have a demonstrable track record of experience, responsibility & impact within the printing and/or industry, with proven experience & aptitude in running a diverse department.
