Our client is one of the UK’s leading and best-invested printers – and they are now looking for an exceptional Repro Manager to join their high-performing team.

As Repro Manager, you will:

  • Play a key role in the day-to-day running of a busy repro / pre-press department.
  • Set, monitor and deliver against targets.
  • Train, support and motivate a talented team.
  • Work closely with clients and account managers to ensure flawless delivery.
  • Pre-flight customer files and manage automation processes.
  • Troubleshoot issues and correct files using Adobe Creative Cloud and Enfocus/Heidelberg tools.
  • Log all client requirements accurately on Print IQ (MIS system).
  • Prioritise workflow to ensure all jobs run on time and to schedule.
  • Uphold all health & safety, quality and environmental standards
  • We’re looking for someone with:
  • Strong knowledge of both MacOS and Windows.
  • Excellent skills across Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat Pro, Photoshop).
  • Experience with Heidelberg and Enfocus Pitstop plug-ins.
  • Previous use of Heidelberg and Print IQ MIS (or similar).
  • A keen eye for detail and excellent colour understanding.
  • Solid knowledge of impositions and print production processes.
  • At least 3 years’ repro / pre-press experience in a similar role.
  • A positive, adaptable, team-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

  • Day shift, Monday to Friday (with flexibility when required).
  • Salary depending on the individual
