Packaging Technologist – South East

Working with the innovation, marketing and technical teams you will be the packaging interface advising on the feasability of concepts put forward in terms of whether the ideas being proposed are practical in packaging terms.  Sitting in the procurement team and report into the Sourcing Manager, you will be responsible for making sure the company is receiving and providing value for money in packaging terms, whilst at the same time ensuring that company continues to provide sustainable, environmental and ethical solutions for its customers in line with company values.  Ideally but not necessarily you will have experience in the Food sector but other product category experience will be considered.  Packaging formats include Corrugated, Cartons, Films, Foil & Pouches.  Relocation assistance may be available.
