We are looking for a motivated individual to lead packaging development activities on new projects, providing technical guidance to suppliers, marketing and component & colour qualification.

Candidates must be creative and able to think outside the box. Logically and analytically minded, you will generate innovative design solutions to technical design problems.

Working as part of the project team to coordinate and manage the delivery of programmes on projects, your role will be to deliver unique and sustainable packaging marvels. It is important that we find someone who is commercially aware, able to prioritise the impact of design decisions on cost, consumer and environment.

Collaborating with your team and conveying design and engineering principles will require strong verbal and written communication skills. Communicating effectively with different departments and suppliers will allow for delivery against the project network timings and identification and management of risks.

You will also be expected to communicate on a wider scale, with packaging teams around the globe, sharing best practice and facilitating project development and rollout.

You must have at least 1 year’s experience in a similar role. An engineering of packaging degree is preferential but not essential.
