Operations Manager – POS

A leading provider of bespoke display solutions is looking to fill a pivotal role within its team.

This is an opportunity for a Point of Sale specialist to join a creative company that takes ideas and turns them into a beautiful and impactful retail display product. They are looking for someone committed to quality and service, to be a hands-on member of the management team.

This operational management role requires a methodically minded professional, possessing sound commercial acumen and a passion that thrives on the responsibility associated with being a leader. You will have demonstrable experience in managing & developing a broadly skilled team, shaping, guiding & enhancing operational effectiveness.

You will be accountable for the safe and efficient operation of all activities across the site, from material preparation through to despatch, Health and Safety and Quality, Customer Service and Administration. Overseeing the day to day running of the organisation, you will enforce an enhanced regime of effective company workflow, guidelines & practical manufacturing policies.
