We are looking for someone to be responsible for the growth and ongoing development of the Electronic Services Product offering for a major client of ours in order to meet customer requirements.

MAJOR AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY

Electronic Service Product Development
Budget Planning and Revenue Management
Internal Stakeholder Product awareness training

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE JOB

Electronic Service Product Development

Identify gaps in Electronic Services Product functionality and prioritise Product Road Map.
Liaise with Sales and Client Services teams to maximise electronic service opportunities with both new and existing
Clients.

Develop high level specifications through translation of client requirements in order to be developed by the IT Development Team.
Liaise with the IT Development team to understand technical restraints and tradeoffs around implementation of new features within products.
Prepare and present a business case for any new initiatives which are to be supported by strong analytics and product research.
A pro-active, positive, self-starting and self-motivated approach is essential for this role with a good working knowledge of the postal industry, DM and/or transactional market is required.
Advanced literacy and numeracy skills are essential for this role.
