Hot Foil Operator – Berkshire

• Set up, make ready and Operation of the Brausse 105SEF machine
• Maintaining short run production demands
• Ensuring quality meets clients, industry and local standards
• Inspecting finished product for adhesion, foil release, registration, stains, marks, uniformity
• Daily cleaning and maintenance of machines and area
• Changing dies and foil as per instructions
• Proofreading products to ensure copy is correct
• Training other team members in production
• Interact with customers and visitors
• Follow all safety guidelines
• Provide relevant information regarding progress to team leader
• Any other reasonable task assigned by the Team Lead/Production Manager
• Reporting to department team leader
Experience / Core capabilities required
• In-depth knowledge of Brausse or Bobst foil machines, its running functions and workflows
• Excellent knowledge of running press and registering foil material.
• Aptitude to run excellent quality work.
• Machine Set up/ maintenance experience
• Set up Feeder/String Foil with rewinder
• Set up chases and register foil.
• Troubleshoot foil release problems
