Flexographic Printer

What You’ll Be Doing

• Operate and maintain flexographic printing machines to produce packaging products
• Ensure colour accuracy, print quality, and consistency
• Set up jobs: prepare plates, ink, anilox rolls, etc.
• Monitor machine performance, make adjustments, and perform basic troubleshooting
• Conduct quality checks throughout production; maintain clean and safe working practices
• Work collaboratively with the production team, design / pre-press, and quality departments to hit deadlines and deliver exceptional results

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience as a flexographic printer
• Solid understanding of printing processes, colour matching, adhesives, substrates, etc.
• Ability to set up and maintain machinery, including small maintenance tasks
• Strong attention to detail and quality assurance mindset
• Good communication skills, ability to work in a team under production targets
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, when required
