Job Title: Digital Printer – Self Adhesive Labels

Salary: £21,500 to £26,000 (depending on experience) plus shift allowance

Our client is an award winning self-adhesive label manufacturing company focused on providing innovative, quality solutions to customers for a wide range of packaging requirements.

They are looking for a highly motivated, enthusiastic Digital Printer to join their thriving, passionate Production team and help continue to build on long-term success and contribute to the company’s growth strategy. This business has invested heavily in the very best equipment and site, working to ISO9001, PS9000 and BRC standards.

Main responsibilities

  • Operate the press to procedures and job specifications, meeting ISO, PS and BRC quality standards
  • Ensure daily productivity targets are met
  • Accurately record equipment settings to enable repeat jobs
  • Ensure optimum equipment set up and product output with efficient use of consumables

Key requirements

  • Good understanding of printing with CMYK – colour appreciation
  • Experience of embellishments (hot foil, cold foil, laminates etc)
  • Computer literate
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written (English language essential)
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • An effective team member and able to work independently

Nilpeter, Mark Andy or Digicon experience would be highly advantageous
