Customer Service / Internal Sales Coordinator

Our Client is one of the largest suppliers of products for the Print & Packaging industries in Europe.

Ideal Candidate Profile: A Trader mentality, someone who is highly numerate, knowledge of SAP would be advantageous.

The Customer Service / Internal Sales Coordinator will report into the Sales Office Manager

The main tasks associated with the role are as follows:

Responding to customer inquiries
Customer order handling and delivery planning
Delivery and stock follow-up
Sales planning entry
Customer basic data maintenance
Invoicing deliveries from stocks and terminals
Credit limits entry, payment follow-up and statistics
Proactive communication with field sales, production, technical customer service and logistics

Essential Requirements

Basic knowledge of paper / printing / packaging an advantage
Good IT skills – Training is provided for in-house system – SAP advantageous
Good communication skills and fluency in both verbal and written English
Active attitude, ability to analyse information, take initiative and make decisions
Ability to perform many different tasks simultaneously under time pressure
Good team player
