Two Christmases have passed since my very first rhyme,
When everything sparkled and smelled so divine.
Last year I returned with a one-year-old view,
A little more confident, a little less new.

And now here I am with another year grown,
More sure of myself and far better known.
I’ve finally explored past Chloe’s cosy room,
Into the office, with lots more space to zoom.

Mummy goes to work, with me by her side,
I sit in the footwell and enjoy every ride.
The team greet me warmly as soon as I trot through the door,
I check every bin and hope there are crumbs on the floor.

I make my rounds daily, tail wagging high,
Finding who needs a boost or a puppy nearby.
If someone looks stressed, I pop up for a cuddle —
It’s amazing how quickly I clear workplace muddle.

I hear all the talk of new roles every day:
Print and packaging pros on their way.
They match brilliant candidates (like you!) to great teams,
While I take a nap and inspire them with my dreams.

Sometimes I supervise candidate calls like a pro —
Quiet as a mouse… well, most of the time, you know.
A wiggle, a nose-boop, a paw on a knee —
I keep morale high – as caninely possible as can be.

The Christmas tree’s up — I’ve kept bauble attacks low,
Though one disappeared… that no one saw go.
And the office feels warm with the glow of good cheer,
It’s the perfect place to be as we finish off the year.

So here is my message, from our team and from me:
May your holidays sparkle with joy, warmth and glee.
May new roles bring excitement, new chapters feel bright,
And may something magical find you on Christmas night.

With festive love,
Leia — office visitor, morale booster,
and unapologetic biscuit thief
