Direct Mail Manager

We are helping a leading print and communications source the best Direct Mail manager in the industry to join their outstanding team.

Their state-of-the-art presses produce products with a wow factor and allowing their clients to enhance engagement with customers.

Our client seeks a strong, friendly individual to report to the head of department and be jointly responsible for the smooth running of the Direct Mail division. Duties will include:

• Raising works instruction and checking job bags
• Instructing other members of staff in their duties
• Raising quotes on our clients MIS system
• Docketing
• Some account management
• Postage knowledge including DSA
• Quality control
• Production planning

This role requires a customer-orientated, pro-active candidate able to plan ahead and work under pressure, ensuring projects are to the highest quality and to the tightest deadlines.
An in-depth knowledge of Direct Mail and how it works is vital for this role. The ideal candidate would either be in a similar role or working for a direct mail company and looking to move up to a more senior position
