And with his new high-level recruitment service for directors’ positions between £80,000 – £250,000, Thompson has his bases covered. Within a month of its launch, he has placed a European operations director, a key account director, two managing directors and two sales directors, one of whom turned up to his “offer meeting” with a £26,000 order for his potential employer.
