Mr Thompson joined Dominic Grudzien at Harrison Scott as joint partner seven years ago and helped move the company from electrical markets and into print, packaging and paper as well.
Hailing from Glasgow, Mr Thompson is renowned for his focus and energy which gets him up at six in the morning to exercise before work.
He has interests in property, chemical manufacture and sport management companies, but especially loves the grittiness and friendliness of the printing industry. Mr Thompson aims to keep Harrison Scott at the top and expand the company into other sectors.
